- Shenoy Vidyasagar got selected to the State Mini Basketball team.
- Winners in Arya Central School Basketball tournament & Runner up in Loyola Basketball tournament.
- 12 quiz trophies, including the prestigious Ramanujan trophy, were brought to Loyola School by Aravind S., Harisankar, Ajith U.R., Vivekanandan, David Jacob, Rajakrishnan, Harish Dharmangadan, Joseph John, Deepak M., Shibu Paul and Chetan Krishnan.
- In the Regional Maths Olympiad, Chandrasekhar and Chetan Krishnan secured the First and thr Second rank, respectively, and Harisankar too qualified for the Indian National Maths Olympiad [Creditable achievement because only 13 students of schools and colleges in India qualified for the INMO]
- Chandrasekhar emerged as the National First in INMO
- Four got selected by Singapore Airlines Scholarship for studies abroad: Vipin K. Varkey, Deepu Joseph, Cheru Cherian John and Wreeju Bhaumik.
- Chetan Krishnan won CSIR Scholarship worth Rs. 1500.
- 7 got into into IITs
- Anil Kumar of the 1989 batch secured the First rank in BA Geography exam of of Kerala University.
- Asok R. Chandran of the 1991 batch secured the First rank in PDC Third Group of Kerala University.
- Sreenath Sreenivasn (1987) secured the First rank in BA Journalism.
